Lunch and dinner menus are developed
by the Four Seasons Hotel’s
chef and will be served at the Market
Kitchen and Market Ladder restaurants.
sirloin, rib-eye, brisket and ribs will
be featured in a variety of dishes, including
beef Wellington, carpaccio,
Thai salad, Canadian burgers, tataki
beef, short ribs and roast prime beef.
