The Europe-Korea Foundation’s Cine Cafe screens movies three times a month to raise money for Motungii Shwimpteo and Seongshim Dideumdol, shelters for young women in Bucheon. The 10,000 won entrance fee includes snacks and beverages. Morning screenings take place on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the French Cultural Center, near Namdaemun, after which everyone is invited to go out to lunch together. The evening screenings are on the third Thursday at Somerset Palace, and the audience gets to pick the next movie featured. For reservations and further details call the EKF office at (02) 725-0381.
