July 31 to Aug. 1: The travel group Adventure Korea is planning a weekend summer trip to cool down. The first stop is Yongyeon Cave, a limestone cave full of a variety of stalagmites, stalactites, stone pillars, cave pearls, cave corals and more. Afterward, the group will head to Windmill Hill to see many wind turbines, then stop for dinner at the O2 Resort, where they will stay overnight.

Then the group will visit the Cool Cinema Festival, where the latest movies will be screened on a huge outdoor screen high above the heat of summer and mosquitoes.

On Sunday, after an early breakfast, travelers can choose to hike up Mount Taebaek of just relax at the valley near the hotel. After the hike there will be lunch at the resort.

The trip costs 88,000 won. The group leaves from Hongik University Station, line No. 2, exit 1, at 7 a.m., and from Express Bus Terminal Station, lines No. 3, 7 and 9, exit 8, at 7:30 a.m. They will return to Dong Seoul Bus Terminal at 7 p.m. Sunday, and 7:30 p.m. in Hongdae.
