Dec. 14: The Korean Craft Promotion Foundation will present an auction of donated Korean crafts from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in Room 330 of the COEX Conference Center at Samseong Station, line No. 2, exit 6. Designed for foreigners, the auction will include 18 donated Korean crafts made by people designated Intangible Cultural Assets.
Six of the items have the Unesco seal attached.
The auction will be accompanied by cultural events, including a craft making demonstration and a performance by a fusion traditional band.
Translators will be at the venue for the convenience of visitors.
Profits from the auction will be distributed to local charities.
