July 26: Sharing House is a safe house for former comfort women ? women who were forced into sexual slavery during the Japanese colonial period.
Once a month, a tour of the house is conducted in English. In addition to visiting the on-site museum, you can meet some of the survivors and listen to their stories.
The tour meets at Gangbyeon Station at 10 a.m. Take a 40-minute bus ride to the museum, before returning to the station at 4 p.m. You should bring at least 8,000 won for transportation.
