Saturday: The Royal Asiatic Society Korea Branch is planning a day trip this weekend to the ancient Baekje capitals of Gongju and Buyeo in South Chung-cheong.
The tour will take in the Buyeo Museum, which displays unique art treasures, and Chongim Temple, home to national treasures No. 108 and 9, and the site of Buyeo Castle, which contains many shrines and sites of interest.
The tour costs 49,500 for members. and 59,400 won for nonmembers. The bus will leave from Yongsan Post Office at 8 a.m. and return to Seoul at around 7:30 p.m.
