Saturday: The Korea Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages is hosting its monthly Jeonju-North Jeolla Chapter Monthly Workshop, titled “Student-made Videos: A Report of Successes and Problems from a Real Classroom.”
Phil Owen, past Kotesol president and visiting professor in the department of English Language and Literature at Kunsan National University, will present his experiences in having his students make movies to learn English.
Participants will be able to share their thoughts on practical suggestions and observations, problems and possible solutions.
The free workshop will be held at the Jeonju University English Cafe located in the Student Union Building, from 2.30 to 4 p.m.
